What Did You Do For You Today???

Took a barefoot walk next to our mountain stream on this unusually warm and sunny winter's day.

Picked and ate some wild plantain along my stroll.

Talked to the vultures, the crows, the red-tailed hawk, the squirrel, and the cardinals as they visited.

I was also inspired to do some helpful stretches while practicing deep breathing exercises and chanting.

It's my 'pamper thyself' day after spending the last two busily shopping/prepping/cooking/and caring for my mom who still lives alone, but now has to use a walker to get around.

A long soak in a hot bath with epsom salts along with some frankincense and sweet orange aromatherapy is next on the list.

To be followed by some tasty and nurturing vegan deliciousness at meal time.

Then perhaps a nice dive into something from either you tube university (lol) or netflix.
