Filled out the paperwork for an appt. I have tomorrow.
Connected with a friend in whose going to do some readings for me tomorrow.
Bartered with my acupuncturist to get some table time while helping lighten her loads of both work and personal laundry.
Checked in with loved ones and reminded them just how much they are loved, which in turn repeatedly reminded me how fortunate I am to be a part of their lives.
Called to express gratitude to a few places I've recently visited so they'll know how much of a positive effect they had on at least one person.
Stripped the bed, flipped the mattress, put the flannel sheets and the heavier comforter on it, finally. Feels like a new bed. Now, if only I could feel like I have a new (and improved) head.
Played my musical instrument.
Accepted the situation with my sister & my family. Not meant to be.
Played croquet.
Took some time out.
Wrote some things down.
Hugged a lot of trees, blessed the waters and all the life they support, did a scratch and sniff session with the douglas fir trees, soaked up some incredibly rare unobstructed sunlight, cried at both the sadness that currently surrounds as well as the beauty, got my hair trimmed, advocated for mom with multiple staff, donated several boxes full of dust collectors and a big bag full of clothes, and accepted help and hugs when it was offered.
