requested blood tests, saw GP, ate well, done moderate exercise, financial accountability, showed up - basically giving myself a chance
 
When feeling hurt by a misunderstanding, I took a few minutes to meditate to calm myself and remind myself that it WAS a misunderstanding.

I'm pretty new to meditation, but it doesn't resonate with me to chant a bunch of words in another language that usually translate into some stiff awkwardly worded sentiment that approximates what I want. Maybe that will change in the future, but for now, I'll use what comes naturally to me.

My mantra for today: Let That Sh!t Go
 
Selective hearing and selective perceiving when people throw their sh* without filtering at work. Went to MAC to Buy some good makeup paste for face, meaning I care about my looks.
Yoga asanas to calm down.
 
Started using the free version of Cronometer again to track my nutritional intake/energetic output/hydration/etc. Pretty damn handy, but equally annoying, too. Yet another instance of me thinking I had something somewhat under control/mostly figured out/got a decent grip on it. Hahahaha! At least I'm consistent in my inconsistencies.
