When feeling hurt by a misunderstanding, I took a few minutes to meditate to calm myself and remind myself that it WAS a misunderstanding.
I'm pretty new to meditation, but it doesn't resonate with me to chant a bunch of words in another language that usually translate into some stiff awkwardly worded sentiment that approximates what I want. Maybe that will change in the future, but for now, I'll use what comes naturally to me.
