What Did You Do For You Today???

Yesterday I wrote a post that got me go down the drain fast and effectively... So, to make up for that and get me back to (more) balanced I went on a two-hour boat trip today and treated myself with an "iced chocolate" on the boat. Walked around a very nice area of town later and then went to sleep at six p.m. for a few hours. I am back to fairly normal now and that is a good thing.
 
This may sound weird, but. . .I didn't blow up and confront an employee after observing him mistreat a couple of our co-workers. If I had, it would have made life more difficult for my fellow managers, the owner of the company and for myself. That is why it was something good I did for myself today.

OMG, was it hard, and since I'm still at work, continues to be hard to not verbally take this guy down and/or fire him. I have a huge anger when I see people bullied, but I have dealt with it healthily thus far.

He will get suitably reprimanded early next week in a business appropriate manner.

Hey great job! It is always good to review the situation without the anger. Write your views on how you will discuss with him which will help keep you focused on the topic! If you really need to release anger, write his name on the bottom of your shoe and go for a walk! Hugs, Whitney:smug:
