I traveled a good distance to the dermatologist and had a flat mole on my face biopsied due to being concerned for a few good reasons. Plus, I received prescriptions and a treatment plan for another dermatological problem.

I took a nap. It was refreshing.

Mine was last week realy. I phoned Victim Support for some help as i`ve had a particularly bad time over the past year or so. My PTSD was triggered in April and I can`t seem to pick myself up this time. With my situation if I don`t put the work in things will not change for the better as I still live in the same place where a lot of traumatic things happened. My cognitive thought processes in regard to my usual positive state are not there to enable me to move forward with my battle. I feel so ill and tired all the time which is not helping either. Also i`m not sleeping until 4 - 5 am.

Today I`m expecting my first phone call from the person who will be helping me. All I can think about is why didn`t I do this before.

This evening I am going out for a pizza with the girls from the office I volunteer at.

Whoo Hoo first night out for 5 years. Had days out but not an evening out.

I made an appointment with the Neuro Doc for my 3rd round of Migraine treatment for this Wednesday. It's going to be early morning so will have to fight the traffic but it will keep me going on my routine as I have also made a vet appointment for Big Girl tomorrow! No lying around in panic and symptoms this week.

I managed to think positive and chased the negative thoughts away. I will go for a mocha frappe after I do my chores which I do not have a big dread of. I am having a happy day.

I'm about to go and finally get a blood test to sort this damned virus out. It's been three months and it still is showing no sign of leaving. Gotta sort this out...i'm sick of being sick.

Last night I did go out with the girls from were I volunteer and had a wonderful meal out. There were about 18 of us and I felt part of the team.

This was well out of my own comfort zone as I had not been out like this for 5 years.

There was a bit of a snag getting home, as the railway station had an issue with signal problems, and train drivers were stuck in odd places on different trains. I ended up being home about half an hour later than expected, but hubby did not panic, as I had phoned him to let him know.

I wore a dress and I got a chocolate chip frappe. I am on the computer. I went on tech support and got some more bugs taken care of in my life top.
