What Did You Do For You Today???

Yay, our car was really simple and only cost twenty dollars. They had the parts and it did not take very long. We had a long list of errands to run. We got shirts for my husband and some new decent hangers. We got air freshners, and we picked up my prescriptions. I bought a lovely lavender sweater for me in the winter time. We got McDonalds for dinner. Dancing with the stars will be on tonight. Today was a great day. Yahoo.:roflmao:
 
I'm having a lot of physical pain today so I'm trying to practice being kind to myself as well as using pain management tools. I've been deep breathing to try to relax, I pulled out a paint by numbers to distract myself, I'm trying to accept this as a "it is what it is" situation and not getting frustrated about it, and I may very well take some heavy duty pain killers even though I'm generally loathe to do so.
 
I ran some errands and got mocha frappes. I will watch the election results and eat my ice cream. Scary election. I am crossing my fingers. I will stay up late again tonight.
 
I pushed myself little bit at park walk. I walk without getting dizzied and without any feeling to give up so quickly.

I learned something that I can learn to find rhythm within and try to adjust to that comfort. Some people inspired me. I noticed one thing, they know their walking speed. Before I used to feel uncomfortable and adjusting myself to this atmosphere. Today I found my walking speed, walked nicely.

I walked 0.2 miles more. Actually if you take one round at park it will be around 0.5 miles. Total walk for 2.5 miles for today.

I stopped myself from being hard. usually after 3rd round of walk, I used to eat chocolate to calm down myself. Today I could easily manage until I reached 5th round and I made sure I have been positive feeling with body.

I did yoga early morning. It was good session.
