What Did You Do For You Today???

Hopefully going to walk to the shops and buy myself nice pj's. Catolouge in mail box inspired me, and I need the outing.

I bought a coffee and didn't think about life for ten minutes

I went out and about. Did some Tai Chi. Minded an art gallery. Did some drawing.

I read a book. Been doing that a lot lately.

I did some reading on mindfulness.

I needed to see my doctor so he will continue to refill my anxiety medication.

I couldn't believe how hyper I was. I guess I just don't like going to the doctor's office, as I also had asked to have an x-ray of my shoulder done. I hurt it some time ago, and have been putting it off, but now I would like to know what the heck is going on with it.

My doctor even commented on how my blood pressure was high. I told him I had just come from the dentist office, an hour before, which I had. Just too much in one day!

I ate well.

I looked after myself today and was out in the garden my favourite place :)

I took a shower and I am going to begin therapy for the first time in a very long time.

I waited to hear from my doctor about what the x-rays said about my shoulder. It seems that I have a large amount of tendinous calcification which probably explains why it has felt this way for some time.

The doctor prescribed some anti-inflammatory drugs so am much relieved about just finding out what was going on, and now I know. I went to his office and got a copy of the x-ray report so can read up on it.

I went and was with people.

I started taking the anti-inflammatory pills that the doctor prescribed for me. They made me so sleepy, so ended up in bed. I guess I needed to get some rest, so didn't do much of anything else today!
