Yoga nidra to start off the day. Did it three times found I was drifting off but did again and again. Then decided that is the best I can get it today, and with mindfulness and meditation it is the doing of it that is important not judging yourself whether it was good, bad or indifferent.
 
starting the day with active grounding. Listening to ocean waves, lit candle that smells like beach which is my grounding spot i cant get to since its cold. hoping can make this a habbit and that it helps make the bad days easier.
