I made some veggie soup, got to get those healthy veggies into my system. I added some black beans and corn too, as those two together make a complete protein.

I recognized that I need self care today. I don't always and haven't always recognized that. I'm going to take it easy and do my best to avoid stress if I can today.

Thrift shopped 3 blouses for 50 cents each, Got a coral and thread beaded necklace to wear with my color pallet lately which is turquoise, brown, white and oatmeal. Picked up my repaired crucifix that my mom gave me and they cleaned the chain while I waited.... AND I stood my ground about another check as, yeah my car wouldn't start again today. Mister is already over it and I am bribing him with venison tacos and refried beans.

I napped on and off all day and now I am ordering pizza for delivery for the girls dinner tonight, too exhausted still to cook.

I bought a pedometer. I'm going to start seeing how many steps I take in a day and improve them. I don't get many in. This is a step(pun intended) in the right direction.
