With help from forum friends I came to a solution to a family crises to just chill and work on changing me. I feel really good now.

I celebrated coma nap day today. Been stressed about normal but good things I've had to get done. Things are working out now that they are finished. Also bought some things we needed with my daughter after I got up.

Ate. I remembered the boyfriend's rant about me not doing that the other day & then I remembered the sistah that's still curious about which foods have I tried out lately & remembered I should come to both with something, not so empty handed as I'm being.

I called in sick, took a day off....slept, cried, slept..just a day to calm down.

I've been on line for ages now, searching for a private number plate for my car.......... I know what your going to say, but I feel like spoiling myself.

I've saved the money by hardly ever going out,........(not on purpose, due to anxiety)...... so I'm going to spend it on me!

Well, it was either that or buy a Jaguar, and the number plates were a bit cheaper!

Went to the zoo with my hubby. Been wanting to do that for awhile and he finally took off. It was a nice time. Some of the exhibits were empty which was a bummer. Wanted to feed the goats but it was empty. Oh well, still good exercise and time with the hubby.

It's early in the day yet, so I got up, ate breakfast and came online. I did my homework already, so that is probably the most important thing I did. I got it out of the way early, so I could go grocery shopping and run errands.

I feel well pleased today as I finished painting the living room, and now that the whole house is done, I'm stuck for my next project.

I'm priming myself up for going out tomorrow, first time in a while, but I have no choice as I need food and so on.
