A nice day ... We had just successfully completed an exercise and it was such a nice day I just laid down in the grass and looked up through the trees at the white fluffy clouds and blue sky and everything was so perfect it was just a perfect time to end the struggle. It was such a wonderful sensation, I was just kind of petting my 9mm when someone scurried by and broke the mood.

A golf cart by my door ( the apartment repair people ride around in them) when I see that I freak out..I feel ready to kill. I hate that they come into my house with out me there or my permission. One of the reason I went to the hospital last christmas.

I have way too many bizarre triggers...men with beards (makes me cringe just typing it) recliners, especially pink ones, seeing people being restrained in any way, flashlights, and tongues shudder
