I survived the past three weeks. ...only this week and two days off next. Yay!

I've washed dishes more than once, I've sat in a car without needing to stop and walk for more than an hour.

I stayed awake during a seminar in a too dark room with not enough air...

I finished 10 weeks of Prolonged Exposure, and although I feel a little adrift right now, kind of numb and apathetic, I am very proud of myself for completing this course of intense, trauma-focused treatment!

This is the fourth Christmas and I actually got a tiny tree with lights this year. This is a major accomplishment for me.

I went to work every day last week, and so far this week too. At this point, that's a major accomplishment!
