I went grocery shopping on my own (for oatmeal for oatcakes) and managed my anxiety to a dull scream (a few laps around the building but no crying or deer-stuck-in-headlights-freeze).

I bought Christmas cards at extortion prices, to maintain some sort of contact with my brothers (positive relationship).

I received a cheap holiday cheque from my father and didn't burn it. (yet?)
