Trouble shot my computer and stayed right in there swinging until I made sure my financial info/account/data was secure (even though I had another panic attack last afternoon).

Survived a family reunion - not in a good state but I survived....

My physicality is my weakest area and I made 1000 on SuperBetter - it has been a lot of work. That is half way towards my goal.

Mowed my lawn, which doesn't sound like much, except the thought of it usually sends me into avoidance.

I'm considering adding to a CV 'Social work. I didn't kill all y'all. Not even a single one of you. That's what I mean when I say 'social work'. <smug grin> <walks the f*ck away as he don't drink>'.

I did some small talk during the breaks. ....instead of hiding behind my book.

Figured out the right combo of diet and vitamins and got my hemoglobin to NORMAL!!! No more 9's for me!

Started making some kind of real progress (well information providing anyway) with my therapist, I've only been seeing her for nearly a year now - xD. But progress is progress!

Ran the route faster with a colleague than last time.

Already packed some of my stuff.

I got my student loan out of default.

Filled out financial aid paperwork.

Made appointment with Dr. For MMR..needed for school.

Fingers crossed: I can take summer classes!
