I started working on trauma again with a therapist. I just decided it had to be done.

I went to work for all five days of the week.

I didn't cry at work.

I just watched some stupid cartoons to calm down - instead of working too much.

Haven't physically been able to do any deep cleaning around the house but this weekend I got busy with some Spring housecleaning. Boy, once I got started, I couldn't quit.

It does feel good to see what I got done, but I also got exhausted at the same time. Definitely need to space it out when I start the next project!
