Turned a horrible morning into a good afternoon. Now if I could just do stable all day tomorrow.

I took care of myself. I reduced the pressure for myself and took a day off from work.

took a two hour nap. Got through most of my government recert paperwork, oh what a load off!

Managed to stay calm and co-operative through a clinical psych interview. (Served as a demo patient for a med student.)
Urgh, it wasn't nice but I thought it's important that students get to practice.

Told the (supposedly non-racist) politician handing out flyers to f*ck off, that I won't vote for misogynistic racists, and to keep his hands off me. (He gave me patronizing shoulder pats as I was trying to just walk by.)

So, I'm following my hunger cues, eating when I'm hungry.. not eating when I actually just need to work through feelings.
Food is so much less a big deal. Doing better with trusting my body overall.
