I just want the kids to have a "normal" day out with their mum....so if I don't smile,they will know something is wrong and I definitely don't want to feel sad or worried about me. They are only 5 and 6

Mine is weather based, if bad weather, l have no desire to move, it must be age-related. Enjoy my leisurely pursuits about and around. Drove across the border last week and enjoyed every min of it. My personality type is change and then more change. I don't think of myself as a high risk taker, l just constantly crave the new, the unexplored. It feeds my creative side.

When people say they are isolating I often wonder what that really means. Protecting myself from negative people I do not call isolating. Since I work I relish the time spent doing relaxing activities.
