I seriously considered jumping from the 9th floor of a building today. But there were kis playing outside an that would have been horrible for them to see. You can only call suicide hotlines so many times, and then what? If the therapy doesn't help, the medication doesn't help, nothing helps. it's not that i feel the world has nothing to offer me; there is plenty to live for. but i have nothing left to offer, there is simply nothing left of me.

I'm sure you have plenty to offer and suicide is not the answer. You must be feeling so low to be having these thoughts. You must continue to call the hotline or speak to your doctor. Please don't go anything silly, I'm sure your a lovely person your just feeling low, maybe you need a medication assesment? Sometimes life can be tough and we do feel like there's no light at the end of that very long cold tunnel but there is. I hope you get some help and feel better soon x

I have a long tough road with this PTSD. It's been rough, lots of med changes because they don't agree with me. I've had lots of SI which is part of this disorder. I'm hoping things get better soon too. Just keep on posting, you always have us here.

Wanting your life to end and wanting your pain to end are very different things. With enough pain, many people think death is the only answer. You were strong enough to turn away from the window because you care about people. You are strong enough to get through another day. You are strong enough to ask for help. Ask for it. Try anything: acupuncture, chiropractic, yoga, med changes, supplements, treatment programs, start a hobby, try something new, the list goes on.

And we are here like @Notsowild mentioned above.

Remember that things change. You may feel as though you have nothing to offer now but it will not always be this way. Relationship often take turns when one person needs a lot of support and then the other person does. It's okay not to have anything to give at one point because things will turn around and you will have something and the other person won't. I like the suggestions above the break out of the intensity of emotions. I hope you feel better.
