What does the SP stand for, @MrMoonlight , if you don't mind me asking?

I was asked to present my concerns of my mom's hospital/nursing home stay to various directors/administrators in hopes of improving services for others. I'm willing to do it, for sure, but wow, my heart just keeps getting repeatedly squashed as I remember and try to document everything. Those mother f*ckers.

Someone succeeded in stealing my facebook page! They are now sending all kinds of things to my friends in my name and I am waiting for FB to verify my ID image, so that I can resume my FB life. FB is taking way too long to rectify this! I AM TICKED OFF!

I was just shortening 'safe place' by saying SP Meditation. When I say I need to go to my safe place or meditate I'm referring to the same thing. We used EMDR to install the visualization of me floating on water with all the smells and other sensory inputs. Sorry it took this long to respond @Tornadic Thoughts , missed this somehow.
