Yesterday. Lots of things. Tmr therapy. Think i could save both of us the time and go camping b/c feelings are good for modalities good = not emergency, not good = emergency, and Im f*cking sure that's a subtlety she don't grok.

Need about a month of sleep and it aint coming. Adrenaline can bite me.

That I am an intelligent, competent, good person. So, what the heck is going on with my life?!?!?! Is this mess trauma-related or am I just lazy and scapegoating? Sensing bootstrap mentality here... Might not be a bad thing when push has come to shove in terms of survival. ?

Conscious awareness, positive actions, amends, cherished memories.
I am thinking that I hope that I've tipped the balance in favor of the good things.

Thinking about my med appointment tonight. I most likely will have to sign a release so we can talk with my husband there. The questions ill have to answer that I go through every time. "Are you feeling suicidal? Self harm? " I've discussed things off and on that she will bring up. Might do a refresher on the way there. He needs to be informed as my caregiver. He will have to make sure I do what's best for me if things go wrong. I hate putting that on him. But its part of being as grown up and asking for help with things I can't control.

How all these years of ignoring my body has come back to bite me in the ass, and spine, and shoulders, and knees, and hands. And how it just sucks that the first 2/3 of my life I was in emotional pain and now the last 1/3 it's physical pain. Just sucks.

I am really trying not to concentrate on the fact that I have a medical procedure scheduled for next week, but it seems that is what's on my mind right this second...what will they discover and what will they have to do to fix the problem?

I'm leaving in a few minutes for my appointment. I'm scared about this appointment. I already ended up obsessively cleaning the house. Had to make myself go play a game because I wound up so much.

It calmed me down and now I get to ride 45 mins to my appointment and attempt to stay calm. Oh joy. My husband is comming with me but I'd rather have surgery than do this.
