What is Something Good You Did Today?

I took a very good friend and the two girls out for breakfast today. I am happy because my eldest granddaughter loved the surprises I got for her yesterday.

I invited my elderly father in law over for Easter dinner with me and the boys, even though my husband had to work. I made everything, except desert. He brought that and that was yummy.

@veiled Thank you for this positive question. Today I spent time in my beautiful garden and time with my dogs. Ienjoyed dinner with friends and I journaled about my feelings regarding feeling a bit down being a holiday and holidays are tough for me.

My plans for today were cancelled and I have made other arrangements. Now I have to come up with a plan B. I think I will treat myself to one chocolate today. I will play with the little one today.

I breathed through adrenaline and anxiety and utilized tools to get through a moment when I was starting to struggle with distorted thoughts because of a situation that was triggering me.

I stopped at Starbucks for myself and my husband and drove his coffee to him at his office.

I took my girls for a walk with my husband. The dogs haven't had a walk all winter. It was much needed!

I took my 6 year old grandson to see some old swords and armour at a museum.

He loved it and wants to go again when they have the horses and birds of prey there.

I arranged to give a large portion of my kitchen dishes etc. to a girl who had none of those things.
