What is Something Good You Did Today?

I stood up for myself. I need to cancel a med I take because it is way too costly(am nervous about not having it, but I have to do this). I was afraid he was going to argue with me, but he went along with it. We are going to see how it goes.

I did some small exercising. It wasn't much, but it was enough to start. Hopefully it will increase every day.

I did some of the laundry. Unfortunately, the septic overflowed in the basement. Happens when it is winter and when it rains too much. Also I had the dishwasher going at the same time.

My sister said I'm doing it right. Next time, she said, put a red shirt in with the whites. No one will ask me to do the laundry again! :eek::roflmao:

I made my youngest granddaughter smile when she was feeling sad about something. I actually cheered her up.

I gave 12 new classic children's books to a guy who works in our building for his niece. She loves to read so some of them may bring her joy. I hope so. I wouldn't have survived childhood well without great books.

I tried a minute amount of yoga. Better then nothing. I'm going to give it a go later today too.

I treated my daughter to getting her nails done. It is just what she needed today. We had fun today.

I bounced around my apartment today because I got a good night's sleep without medicine and because I finally ate enough and gained some weight.

My youngest granddaughter made me some strawberries with cool whip. We are having such a good time together. And it is a minumim day for the eldest. My daughter is sleeping in. She worked so hard yesterday and she is worn out.

I'm listening to my body. I've started that a few weeks ago when I started a "diet". I nourish it when it needs it. Still having a hard time with exercise, but I am getting there.
