It's cool, Ladee. Anger for me is knowing I'm coping / doing well / aaactive. It's when it's not present at all & not by choice that's a reason for worry, with me. But thank you for your kind thoughts & offers & hugs, they're very appreciated. :tup:

I totally get that @Cashew. When the anger was so huge, it was the only time I felt alive, That I wasn't in a numb state where nothing mattered.... anger and rage kept me alive many times I think.... It was because I would get so sick and tired of the senseless suffering..I know now, it wasn't senseless.... but at the time, the rage took care of me.
So ya, I do understand.... itty bitty gentle hugs to you !!

I'm angry at myself for my spending sprees. I'm not really sure why I do it, but I get us into trouble every time! Had to ask my 17 year old for money. He told me I didn't have to ask. I'm so fortunate to have such a good son. I am really beating myself over this. I feel so angry and ashamed with myself. :unsure::mad::(

Nothing, the milk box, and a guy I spent a few months with a few years ago.

The box of milk pissed me off the worst.

I lost a good portion of my anger, today. My rage weakened at finally being heard and drained off in septic sludge.

I do not try to mitigate world cruelty or reality with minimization. My greeting card slogans...will not erase injustice, nor cure. But I can carry less hate in my heart and more compassion just for today. I am weary of *living* in my anger and it's poison took it's toll.

So just for today...I will rest and view the world with more hope...

Sistah someone tossed at me recently eradicating injustice in my heart is the only place I needa do it in.

Don't ya love it tho, when reading around, and something someone shares, just sets off tiny little bells, letting us know, hey, this was for you !!! I love the moment, if not always love what I need to do after the awareness...But it is now setting on my visual pondering shelf.... I'll take it down and look at it some, as it calls to me to investigate.
