I decided to call a friend after what I have been feeling about this guy at these meetings I attended for several weeks. He was a hugger and what got me is how I felt days after being there.

The friend knew of him and told me that he had been caught having an affair with his secrectary. He lost a prominent job here in town. I didn't know about the scandal.

I can see now how I was in a roller coaster of emotions in being around him as she talked about his personality.

Abusers. Gee, I sooner had a mob f*cking off than these 'we're so sticking to the laaws (no you're not.)' fellas. That thought also fits in the 'what amused you today' thread. I'm not able to be constructive right now, but I may be able to write a rap song later.
(Note to self: 'Why am I not somewhere else, doing something useful as fetching the effing bullets for people' fits into 'name a cognitive distortion' topic.)

@Ms Spock, thank you. ;) I'm poking at myself to tone down the level of anger I'm feeling & how stupid petty bs it all feels. Reminding myself I was thinking how much risk those morons pose previously with so many people and it could be worse. In other ways. This 'feeling' mess is nothing.
