The NHS sending me an appointment with a male psychiatrist when I specifically asked for a FEMALE one. Not being listened to once again by them.

@Recovery4Me, it's good to know that it happens to others, I often feel alone and victimised when they do these things but I realise I shouldn't take it personally. I felt like saying "is this part of the therapy?!" glad I have the confidence nowadays to phone and tell them to put it right, I am a mouse no more! :) :hug:

A few days ago someone said to me that they would "see me Tuesday." So Tuesday (today) rolls around and I don't see them, they don't show up. I waited, got disappointed, but I refuse to play games, so I did not call them to see what happened. If I see them tomorrow instead, I will say nothing and assume they just got their days mixed up. Yes, this was upsetting, but not worth blowing my top about. Nothing is worth that, because I have an extremely LONG FUSE and rarely get angry at all. I get angry so rarely that I cannot even recall the last time I got angry. It has been that long, like years ago.
