I'm pissed at my body but that's lot better anger than the one I had for da fiance. Kicking my own ass, I can do. Kicking someone else's ass while I have to tread darned carefully is too much tension.

Had a panic attack because I got triggered going to the shops, bad memories flooding me today, just want it to stop, angry because the perpetrators are getting on with their lives and I'm stuck.
