What Made You Happy Today?

This is probably a "stupid" one but it made me happy. I have a picture of a garden, with a path and in the path is a black cat. I love this picture.

It's framed too and so pretty. It reminds me of our beloved cat Poppy who passed in July from cancer.

Anyway, where I had it in my apartment couldn't really see it from where I hung it. So, I finally moved it above my t.v. and I actually got it to hang STRAIGHT.

Now, I can see it all the time cuz this is where I basically hang out when I'm home.

I may get to go to my favorite gift shops 44th anniversary celebration later today.

Leeks made me happy today lol. They are new season tender little Leeks and they tasted delicious :)

My daughter told me that she was feeling miserable AGAIN. So, I looked up, "yo momma" jokes. Some are inappropriate but some are really funny.

The best laugh we've had in weeks and boy did we need it.:D:p

I had a nice phone chat with my daughter and will get the girls this weekend. Yay!

German and Chinese made me happy. Drop everything else in the day, I learned swimming pool is a -he instead of -it gramatically and signs for begonia.

Also: Oreos and birdwatching made me happy.

@Cashew At the food bank the other day they handed out Carmel Apple Oreo, which I ate so speedily that I chose to give the other half to a roommate rather than turn green.
..and to think how easy sugar makes my day! lol
