What Made You Happy Today?

I feel happy today with each of the members of my family (each in their own ways) and with my accomplishments today, as well as, with recent T-strength (therapist) and F-support (forum) which has recently been most helpful.

My brother and I 'made peace'. Our father passed away last Dec. 8th. We said some unkind things to one another.

I told him that I loved him, and that we were both speaking from shattered hearts, and we needed a new beginning! We hugged, told each other we loved one another, and all is well. It would not be right to let pain destroy any part of what our father taught us about love.

Love restores much!

I am happy that I did painting and dancing today. I also did two boogie boards as well.

I am so happy that I got the wash done today.

I watched one of my favorite movies "The Adventures of Buckaroo Bonzai Across the Eighth Dimension".

I went to the doctors.

I am happy about everything. Very strange. Im going to bed with a smile on my face again tonight.

I did some exercise.

I felt like crap but I still went to the Feminist Art Film tonight.

I cleaned up the kitchen and now can do baking.
