I rescheduled, rather than cancelled, my next session in therapy. I am not avoiding going in to get help, even though it's scary to talk about even small emotional problems.
I stopped feeling so much suicidal ideation. There was sense and understanding in therapy today. It helped to understand where the suicidal ideation was coming from.
I am happy that I do not have to go back to physio about my frozen shoulders. They are almost healed, just have to keep up with the exercises every few days for another month or so ans check to movement range every 2 weeks.
If I have any further issues, just go back to the Dr to be referred back.
