What Made You Happy Today?

Talking to my daughters on the phone. The eldest is coming to stay for a couple of nights on Friday.

Gathering enough courage to get justice for myself & getting my passport in my father's stuff so I can go overseas and report my R there. Going to be hard but it's totally worth it. Going to an Arab country so I'll soothe myself with some hookah, sweets and sun lol.

Going to lunch with my husband and getting our two meals free.

Getting my new phone today and getting my nook. I bought a book and am also playing a game. What wonderful things to have.

My son, who opened up to me yesterday, came home in a better frame of mind today.

Thinking of my mom and how she would have loved these football dinners.

I bought new bird food for the sparrows. All they had at the store was food to attract Songbirds. Tomorrow the sparrows will greet me with Our Love Is Here To Stay.

My husband working an early shift. Means I get him for the rest of the day and night.

What made me happy today was being with my family a whole day.

Finally after 2 years of feeling apart, for many reasons, I felt that I have family :)

My aunt calling me after a little over a year and apologizing for not contacting me. She said it was her, that she was sick and depressed and thanked me for hanging in there and not giving up on her.

Spending the day with my family. It was a good day.

Being at the movie theater with my daughter today and church with the family made me happy.
