I showed up for a commitment and didn't listen to the voice that wants me to avoid ans hide.

I felt open and friendly and people were open and friendly towards me.

The woman at the gym allowed me to have a free sauna/steam session.

I met up with a new person and walked quite a bit.

I saw a group of mistle thrush

I saw a swallow today, first one in three days, I thought they had all left for their long flight to Africa. This one was on his own, maybe he slept in, or hasn't set his Sat-Nav properly? Lol

What ever the reason, it was still good to see one, it has given me the slight hope that summer isn't over yet.
