I am happy that I took a shower and put on nice clean clothes.

Seeing that my youngest son's hand is not as bad as it could have been from trying to break a block of wood. The way his dad was telling it I thought his hand was swelled beyond belief, but it wasn't. By looking at it you can't tell that anything is wrong with it. I'm sure it is bruised inside and is going to hurt for some time. I'm just happy it isn't as bad as I thought it was. We'll find out tomorrow if he did damage it.

He broke the board in the past and wanted to see if he could still do it. Not this time!

I am happy that I do not have much of a hassle with my tire on my car.

I clicked on the link to here to write "nothing", but then an hour with Finn came to mind. I enjoyed having him climb up the radiator and once up there waiting for me to "rescue" him.

Therapy. Despite my crying in it. What was making me feel bad, self imposed, was put in perspective and given less power. It made it easier. Plus she is working on getting me into a better place before the darkness of winter. I'm glad she understands that too.

Having Squeak, Venus and Star waiting for me, when I get back, to my apartment. Knowing my cats love me, without any strings attached.

Being able to wake up and go straight to the gym without the usual down thoughts and feelings.

Getting my car ready for winter. When the gal called to tell me that it was ready to be picked up, I was told that I would need new tires soon. I have been dreading this as I knew it was getting closer and closer to me spending the bucks on this.

What made me happy was that the service manager came over to talk to me when I got there. He knows me and said with as little as I drive, that I could wait until the Spring for them to be checked again. I have other big expenses coming with the end of the year, so am happy that I can put this purchase off for now.

He also joked with me that I probably wouldn't be getting out to drive in the snow that much anyway!

Being relatively fit and having been able to clean the kitchen. Yay!
