Watching my cats sleeping, by my side, this afternoon, as I recover from anxiety burn-out, from yesterday events.

An email from my therapist that was thought provoking, an email from my trainer that was helpful. I took a nap with my cat.

People and animals around me care about me. That feels nice.

Thinking about our BIG family holiday to Orlando, Florida. I bought 6 waterproof, reusable ponchos to put in stockings. Hehe, they will be useful on the water rides.

Well this was last night.

I'd ordered a load of new candles and a lantern. They were delivered yesterday and last night I lit some. The lantern has 3 tea lights at the bottom and when lit the heat makes the birds above spin.

I went to our yoga Xmas party today, after yoga. It was yummy.

Waking up from a nightmare to find my dog (who usually sleeps by my feet) snuggling by my face. Realizing how much he missed me while I was gone for a few days. :)
