I slept over 5 hours without waking again! Woohoo!

I challenged my own distorted cognitions.
I did Mindfulness - a Body scan and two Breathing Spaces.

I got a ride to church on very short notice. My usual friends who take me to church were out of town, but I did not know it. I waited for them to pick me up as they usually do, but they didn't come. Thankfully the lady I called for a back up ride was just getting ready to leave to go to church, and she said yes. Otherwise I would not have had a ride to church at all!

I floated on the ocean and slept on the beach. Heaven on Earth.

Hearing the words from my college counselor that I start my first class tomorrow morning.

I applied online and ordered a parking permit all by myself and am so proud of myself.

I've slept for a few hours & without nightmares even.

& re-reading laws. Oh surprise, once in a while the law may be on my side even formally, not just a ''it should be somewhere there''. Still chewing on it.

I regained contact with a lovely person that I thought I would never speak with again.
