So this guy is waiting at the Doctors office.
The Doctor comes in and says "I've got bad news and worse news"
"Gimme the bad news Doc" says the guy.
"You've got cancer" says the Doctor.
"OK, Doc gimme the worse news" says the guy.
"The worse news is you've got Alzheimer's" says the Doctor.

Sorting stuff off with partner, all those conversations dreaded for months bc it was still not time for *that* crap and voila. It went in a few lines. And no plates and bones broken. Sometimes I'm surprised how not toddlers we are, that with all the jumpiness and stepping on toes by accident and stuff. Made me smile.
