When my Doxie was a puppy, we got a kitten. They played together endlessly. Then, for some reason, my dog started dragging the kitten around like a ragdoll. The kitten would scream the whole time. I would yell, "for christs sake, turn around and nail him" to the kitten.
One day, it all stopped. My dog jumped up in the recliner and settled down next to me and I was petting him down his ribcage and felt something wet. Looked at my hand and it was blood. Lifted him up and he had this three inch long, deep scratch along his side. Cat hadn't only made it stop...he got even!!!!

About the cat/litter box :
... And yet it poops delicious candies into a box of pee flavored sprinkles. Dearest Human guards these treats jealously, often harvesting them into a barrel. I will admit I sneak one from time to time.

Well since I got up at 0630 I have been sitting here trying to come up with something intelagent, maybe a tad profound to say about the day and having the Beast. It' now 0820 and the best I can come up with is..........

Managed to avoid eating sweets today. Big thing as it's my only outlet.
Found a paper from a conference of physicians on Valdoxan. The side effects are way bigger and far more dangerous then previously thought.
Their comment was in the end they didn't know how on earth this med had been approved for Europe.
Okay that's not cheery and chipper but I'm not taking it anymore. Had some funny stuff going on and know now it's because of Valdoxan.
Once again, no meds bar the sleepmeds.

That's really awesome. I had thought about that myself just to be able to take him to work. The dog in my avatar used to ride along with me for years. Then he started to get older and wasn't comfortable. Sadly he passed a few month ago. The one f*cking thing that made me cry. Anyway, I have a new one I am trying to train. But he has a lot to live up too.

I smiled today cos I had to take a humongous detour. Had an appointment in Amsterdam and damn, roadworks.
It took a very slow drive through tiny villages and nearly and hour more to get to my destination.
While driving suddenly I thought, It's a lovely day, great weather, beautiful houses and gardens. I'm enjoying just driving around and to hell with being late.
It was so good to be able to turn a stressor into a nice drive.
