What Symptoms Have Improved Since You Have Been Working On Your Ptsd?

Have learned some vital coping and soothing skills.
Am developing some habits rhat are really good for me.
An opening up - feeling painful feelings more rather than stuffing them.
Also an increase in Joy and feeling good about myself.
Starting to feel less helpless, less desperate for a rescuer, and less anger at peoole not rescuing me :D
More understanding of the part I play in my problems
Am more able to deal with un
Actually able to do fiction again - books or filns
Am more present more often.
Decrease in intensity & duration of self hatred
Increase in self Compassion
Emotiona Flashbacks generally last a shoer time
No longer need my abusive partner to acknowledge and apologuse for his behaviour so much
I no longer feel i nust take on his view that I'm awful so much

I'm still just beginning to learn all the above, my ability to remember this stuff let alone use them is still patchy, got a long way to go but that's OK.
