Dear Mandy, it's so nice of you to tell me about this and I'm so happy for your luckniess to find a good and patient and kind doctor specialized in PTSD.But in my place, PTSD is not classified as a specific mental illness, instead, it's generalized into Depression & Anxiety. Moreover, most psychiatrist here do not like to talk or know about patient's situation, but like to prescribe medicine.....Doctors can't help, relatives and friends can't understand, I can only rely on self-help books. One more thing is very important too, money...Though I still have some saving in my account, but I decide to look for a more relaxed job soon, as my parents keep push and push tightly ....Mandy, it's hard to tell all the complex feeling, but I think you could understand me, I am also struggling in my life....As to the advice of your doctor, I think he don't want you to be loaded with much pressure in daily life and want you to take care well of yourself (He's really a kind and nice doctor), but I think a part-time job or so, not involving much coplicated task or pressure is quite ok......How do you think it?
