Trying to unscramble my brain to figure out the best way(s) to continue to navigate this tangled web of real estate happenings that's necessary to try to sell my late mother's property. So much red tape, so many unforeseen expenses, so much legalese, so many f'n taxes, so much systematic BS, so many learning opportunities I never knew I'd encounter.
I never realized how much the folks who do land surveying make. Wow. Yet another realization of a missed career opportunity that no one ever made me aware of back in the day when I was still young and flexible enough to learn that kind of stuff and navigate various terrains in all kinds of weather. Kudos to the gentleman who offered a much kinder-to-the-wallet deal than all the others.
Meteorology was the other career op I hate I missed out on. You never have to be right and still get paid. Hahahahaha!
