Spending quality time with my favorite ice pack and heating pad. The gardening, yardening, hula hooping, hiking, and yard work has reminded me of a few painful limitations. Sitting still usually isn't a problem for me, until I'm told I have to, be it by my own body or an external one.

A friend gave me some new acrylic paints recently, so I am experimenting with them. This painting is about one third done.

Pulled up some weeds and dug out a bed that I like to put zinnias in. Now, I have to find some zinnias, or maybe Mrs. W will order seeds.
