What's Keeping You Alive?

Could changing my avatar count as something that would keep me going. At least it distracted me today as it took some effort to get it changed. It's something I've seen in my mental imagery when I think of how I feel sometimes.

My T made a big point this week of telling me that I am normal the way I am now. So, I guess we can forget trying to seem normal because we already are.

I think trying to be less composed all the time is a good thing to keep me going. It's a good goal, just to be myself.

Of course it would count seedling. Anything that distracts is worth mentioning. And so is seeing your kids graduate BTW. That's definitely something good.

Another one....hoping Eminem will release another album. His latest "recovery" album is the shit. I'm sure his music will keep moving up and forward. I love his music.....right now I'm listening to "going through changes".

Another thing that keeps me alive.....sarcasm. I so love being sarcastic. And the fact that most people don't get it makes it more enjoyable.

I needed this today. Been too low to even read this week.

Am trying to accept that my first abuser tried to make me the victim of an 'unfortunate accident' to cover up his tracks, but I screwed up and lived - despite his multiple attempts. Ugh. I can't go more into this yet.

Darned if I'm giving him the satisfaction now!
