I use the name Moony, partly because I am a huge HP fan, but also because the character Moony has secrets that go back into childhood. Like Moony, I feel that there is a battle being fought within me between who I want to be and who I am.

My avatar is a howling wolf, because that is Moony's 'alter ego' if you like. Something untrained and dangerous.

My name is a blog/forum name I have used for a long time. It came from having done so many different things and learned so many skills over the years. My avatar is a Scottish Highlander. I have Scottish heritage and I am making a fairly concerted effort to embrace it as a legacy for my kids. I have a Scottish Claymore (really I do....made by a real Scottish bladesmith), I have a swatch of my clan's plaid, I have a Gaelic Bible, I am trying to learn Gaelic and yes I would be more than proud to wear a kilt.

Hi Pebs here, I chose Pebbels as my username because i like it and not long before joining this forum my beloved cat pebbels had passed away, I use this name on most sites soooooooo am constantly asked "where is Bam Bam"
as a child i loved watching The Flintstones lol so i thought for the avatar here i would go with a pic of Pebbels from that show, she is sooooo cute and was an adorable character, i loveeeeeeee babies and pebs my cat was
my baby so it all ties in i think. :)

I chose Lionheart because everyone that knows me well says that I have a big heart. I have also had the courage and strength to fight my inner demons (trauma). Lions tend to have a very intense roar and they can take care of business, but when all is said and done, they are just big pussycats....like me.:)

I picked the Tarsier for my avatar because I think they are awesome and really cute. I picked the username of Ruth because my name is Ruth. I wish there was a deeper meaning behind it all but there's not.

I spoke incongruent because that's how I feel. Like I'm not particularly what I seem. and that I'm not what I want to be just yet.
My pic is the nerd fighter sign. and nerd fighteria reminded me to be awesome, and gives me a momentary bit of joy.
