If friends and family can't deal, you must reach out to professionals who can handle it.

Then tell us about it... as much as you feel like sharing... so many of us relate to that.... some days are bad and that's where our mind stays, and it is exhausting..... You are not alone... no, we aren't setting on your couch having coffee with you, but we are listening.... you have nothing to lose by just saying how you feel... you will be heard here !!! You will.

I know it's hard to open up to people you don't know.... and only share what you are comfortable with... I promise you , we have all felt the same things, thought the same thing... and had regrets...... we are here for you....... if that is enough for now... then ok.... write only if you want to.... no pressure... but we are here for you..

It is so hard....I hear you. I get that feeling of people leave...it is too much. There are people who can help though...Hoping that you can get some rest and feel a little better tomorrow. As others have said write it though as you are comfortable...we are here.
