That was the best for me too. Mine was brought on by a hysterectomy due to cancer. Thank goodness no hormone therapy, I don't think I could take it.

A couple of days before the 'curse' like clockwork I feel very sad and alone, also up to when it first starts (a day or 2), then I feel like hell physically so what's it matter, lol

Thankfully it's usually short-lived, sometimes I don't get it at all.

I am really looking forward to hot flashes because I am usually 'freezing' - seriously.

It doesn't really bug me during my period. And I wonder why now that I don't get flashbacks from my period. Hope I don't trigger myself! I rather not have a period. I have two kids already. Wouldn't mind one more, but I just hate the thing!

I'm not sure what is worse Suzie... I've heard bad about both (periods and menopause).... I just don't know why we have to have our emotions screwed with further by menopause. Isn't 30+ years enough to endure... I mean you get less for life.

I Googled it.... you can right click on it and save it in a folder on your computer and then add as a thumbnail image when you want it. This one was a .gif which means it moves....

Now back to PMS... yuck!

For the most part, during my pregnancy I felt as "normal" (like that is ever) as I did before pregnancy, but there were days that were intense. I am not sure they really had anything to do with my PTSD though. The hormones just caused some heightened emotional days.

Alright. Thanks. I'm feeling those intense days.... I'm not even sure I am though... I have to test and its staring me down.... I cried over not being able to get the flavor of snow cone I wanted earlier. Wow. I sure hope I'm wrong....
