I hope you will get what you need and want @Lionheart777
Thank You @AnD I appreciate your support , it is much needed and greatly appreciated!!! I hope everyone has the future they desire and envision.
@ Lionheart I know that people use journeying to take a break from their health and limited walking health-related issues...The part I like about it the most is that the practice believes in "soul loss" and the ability to retrieve lost parts of one's soul to become more whole and functioning. This is what I use to move forward with PTSD. It is a self-compassionate practice.
Ahhhhh @TruthSeeker I love drumming and trance music and have participated in some drumming circles in the past, but I have never done any journeying like that, that you mention.
I do however need to have self-compassion and to take a break from my struggles. I also believe in "soul-loss" as I think I have left pieces of myself in the past. Perhaps I will look into journeying and visit the Unitarian-universalist church near me. Thank you for bringing it up!!!
I want to add that since you like Shamanism and drumming, that you may like this Native American drumming song called "Reverence" by Dave and Steve Gordon'', it is a favorite of mine and thought I would share...
Many bright blessings to all!!!
