Writing during disassociation

I was just looking over my phone notes for therapy tomorrow and found a locked note. I opened it and I know I must have written it because they are my thoughts, but I don't remember doing it. I have also found stuff that I wrote on the forum when I remember being only half here. The weird part about the other night is that I remember being present, so when did I write it?!?? Anybody else write stuff and not remember?

Happens to me all the time!!
Like I have a vague idea that I tend to write, but I will completely forget about them and then when I go back I am like what the heck was I thinking! Doesn't even sound like something I would consciously think.

All the time... I will go back and read something I wrote in a response to someone.... and think, well, thank God it still sounds like something I would say, tho I do not remember writing it......

It happens to me so often that I have to go back and re read what I wrote and some of the time I do not remember writing it, it comes and goes though. You are in good company.

Yeah I totally write when I dissociate. Sometimes it is a problem if I text or email someone something without remembering, especially since it isn't necessarily accurate. My best friend says occationally she will get a slightly incomprehensible snapchat. Thank god I never post on social media

I write in my journal's and leave questions for my inner parts to answer when they don't want to communicate with me to host.
