I wouldn't call it therapy, but I go to a weekly Yoga for Depression and Anxiety group, as part of my treatment. The yoga teacher is an LCSW who is part of the "adult team" in the psychiatry department. She's excellent, very skillful, compassionate, and intuitive. I love the class, but it is challenging. Some poses are very triggering, and the hypervig always kicks in at the end when i'm supposed to be resting. But I love love love it! It keeps me connected to my body, and is part of the in vivo exposure homework that I do as part of Prolonged Exposure therapy with my psychologist.
