last monday I was staring into space & i was staring at the trash can & i see the girl i liked looking at me while she was walking over to throw something in the trash can. Then later I was staring at the wall & when i look over she was Leaning her Head Against her Hand While looking at me & smiling. Then on Wednesday said ” i don’t know why he looks at me.

But I don't know then the next day in class she said
"I don't know why he looks at me". So I'm not sure?

I am not really sure what this has to do with PTSD. suspect you might be on the wrong site, but I will answer anyways. She is probably trying to figure out if you are looking at her because you like her or think there is something wrong with her.

You have also not made any attempt to answer any of the questions members have asked you. If you don't want to, that's fine but it would be polite to articulate to us that you are not comfortable answering. Otherwise it may come across as though you can't be bothered to respond to someone who has taken time out of their day to try to help you with your predicament.
You can understand why that could be perceived as a bit rude?

There is also the difficulty of trying to give any sort of advice to someone you know nothing about.

All I can ascertain about you is that you are a human who chose a username shared by a Greek conqueror, a city in Egypt, who stares at trash cans, walls and likes a girl.
