You need to run a bookkeeping forum my dear...

I need to do something different my dear which I am also passionate about as I hate spousal abuse which is beyond the usual crap. I mean the stuff which causes deep emotional scars and rattles your entire world.:trapped:

PS.... You hate me telling you what to do so just take a leaf out of your own book sweetheart :girlfight: as sometimes I need a break as bookkeeping can get boring and it would be a productive use of my time.

I actually would like to run a site for abused spouses (trauma level) but have to get Anthony interested & then motivated (roll eyes).

Why do you need anthony? Can't you do it on your own without him?

Interesting how Anthony likes this yet will build other forums like this one. It actually hurts my feelings that both CB & Anthony 'like' this given the circumstances.

I may just do it myself but considering I would help my husband with anything & he has all the skills - why wouldn't he offer to help?

I actually think that your idea for a forum for abused spouses is a great one, perhaps I should have said that, rather than just clicking 'like' button.

Okay, I'm slow tonight. I get it now. You are upset that I liked Jadebears post..... I 'liked' it, because I know you are a strong and intellegent woman who is capable of doing anything you want to do. I see now why it would upset you. Sorry, that was not my intention.
Personally, yes, I think Anthony should support you, in whatever you want to do. But equally, that is a matter for you to discuss with him.

Also, please remember that Anthony wanted a sexual abuse site, and asked for someone to run it. Yes, I volunteered, and yes, I want to do it. But I didn't approach Anthony, saying I want to run a sexual abuse site, will you help me set it up.

I'm sorry if I have upset you Nicolette...I was merely asking a question, not making a statement. I was under the assumption that you were capable of doing something like that yourself and wondered why you would need anthony's help.

It's ok Jade. I have no forum/website/HTML skills other than editing the forum. If I could have done it I would have. Anthony has taught me how to update the blog on my website.

Guess I'm cheesed that he posts he is bored but tells me to work it out for myself. While that is fine if he has the skills and time I figure he would assist me somewhat. I'll get over it and if I can find someone else to teach me I just might do it.

Anyway, back to feedback on this site. Thanks

Nicolette is upset at the world right now and her moods are all over the shop... its currently pissing me right off and making me ill... so don't let it fool you. Nicolette should be limiting her time on forums presently, instead she is doing the exact opposite to what I tell anyone who is highly stressed... stay off forums in that state.

Nicolette's negative coping mechanism is workaholism, which means anything to keep herself busy and mind distracted, she does. I often want to ban her from these forums, as she spends more time actually on the forums than I do... and her attitude right now is less than desirable as a direct result.

Added: She works full-time and spends more time on forums than I do. Our relationship is already in problems, and I am not going to add to it by creating a forum for her to spend more time online and within others lives, instead of her own.
